

James Grady Yarbrough, 50, of Booneville passed away Monday, May 30, 2016, at his home surrounded by his love ones after a short illness. He was born May 31, 1965 in Harrisburg, AR to Gerald Grady Yarbrough and Mary Ann Mayes Yarbrough.
He was a Battalion Chief/EMT of the Booneville Fire Department with 23 years of service and Dr. Joseph Pratt’s right hand man/body guard. He was a charter member of the Iron Warrior Motorcycle Club Misfits Chapter, Where he was president until he had to step down due to his illness. He was a member of Hilltop Church of God. He was a hard worker, working two and three jobs to support his family. He never met a stranger, young or old and spent his life caring for others. He enjoyed spending time with his family and friends, riding motorcycles, fishing, hunting, and aggravating his co-workers.
A Celebration of Life will be Wednesday, June 1, 2016, at McMillan Funeral Home with Bro. Donald McCoy and Bro. Jerry Wallace officiating. Burial will be in the Hilltop Cemetery.
Survivors include his wife of 28 years, Kristy Wheeler Yarbrough; a daughter, Breanna Yarbrough of Booneville; a son, Briar Yarbrough of Booneville; a sister, Geraldine (Dale) Riddle of Booneville; two half-sisters, Melba Stanford of Amory and Vickie Lynn Cox of Olive Branch; Nieces, Kayla Tice Tripp of Booneville and Kristen Whirley of Corinth; a nephew, Michael Riddle of Booneville; a Brotherhood of Iron Warrior members and enumerable friends.
He was preceded in death by his parents; a sister, Melissa McAnally; his paternal grandparents, Samuel O’Grady Yarbrough and Eula Mae Galford Yarbrough and maternal grandmother, Lola Mae Mayes Foster.
Pallbearers are: Johnny Knight, David Nixon, Jimmy Glover, Nickey Cummings, Derrick Hester, and Paul Burns.
Honorary pallbearers are: all of his brothers at the Booneville Fire Department.
Visitation will be 5-9pm Tuesday, May 31, 2016 and until service time on Wednesday
