Louree Hill

Lynda Louree Hill, 88, passed away December 24, 2018, at Landmark Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Booneville. She was born July 14, 1930, to Travis W. and Faye Davis Lindley. She was a member of East Prentiss Baptist Church. She worked for the Prentiss County Electric Power Association for 20+ years. She enjoyed sewing, crocheting, gardening, knitting for charity, mission work, being active in her church, and caring for children.

A celebration of life service will be 2:00 P.M. Thursday, December 27, 2018, at McMillan Funeral Home with Bro. Ronnie Hatfield officiating. Burial will be in East Prentiss Baptist Church Cemetery.

She is survived by two daughters, Susan Moore and Janie (Cleston “Sonny”) Honeycutt; one sister, Ann Crowe; three grandchildren, Michael Moore, Chris Jones and Josh Honeycutt; eight great-grandchildren, Tyler Moore, Carleigh Moore, Caitlin Moore, Chase Jones, Neleh Jones, Sloan Gann, Gabe Shook and Evie Wren Jones; one great-great-grandchild, Raylynn Jayde Bolden; and a host of other relatives.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Charles Edward Hill in 1996; her parents; a brother-in-law, Eulas “Jack” Crowe.

Visitation will be Thursday from 12:00 P.M. until 2:00 P.M. at the funeral home.
