Funeral services will be at 2:00 P.M. Tuesday, October 14, 2014, at McMillan Funeral Home. Burial will be in Jumpertown Cemetery.
She is survived by a daughter, Linda Sorensen of Booneville; a son, Ronald Tate of Booneville; four grandchildren, John Tate, William (Wendy) Sorensen, Allan Sorensen and Christopher Sorensen; and a great-granson, Jacob Sorensen.
She was preceded in death by her husband Joe Herman Tate in 1997; and her parents.
Visitation will be from 5:00 P.M. until 8:00 P.M. Monday at the funeral home.
