Beloved daughter of the late George and Flora Norris Dydek. Loving wife of the late James F. Ryan, Esq. Cherished sister of Barbara D. Tomlinson of Miami, FL and the late Theo Catherine Dydek. Also survived by her niece Kate Tomlinson of Summit, NJ. Dorothea attended the Woodward School in Quincy, MA and Smith College and earned her B.A. from Wellesley College.
A Funeral service will be held at the Marsh Chapel located on the Boston University Campus at 735 Commonwealth Avenue on Thursday, January 10th at 11:00AM. Family will be accepting visitors beginning at 10:00AM inside the Marsh Chapel. Interment at Mount Auburn Cemetery in Cambridge, MA.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made in Dorothea’s memory to the Boston Symphony.
