He was the beloved husband of Elizabeth E. (Carlson) Olson to whom he was married to for 60 years.
Born in Framingham, MA he was the son of the late Harold E. Sr. and May E. (Simpson) Olson.
He was a former Marine and in the building business for over 45 years.
In addition to his wife, he is survived by his 3 children, Richard E. Olson and his wife Lori of League City, TX, Kim E. Lehy and her husband Spencer of Riverview, FL, and Kandise E. Abell and her husband Jeff of East Falmouth, MA, 6 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren.
A private, graveside burial service will be held at the Massachusetts National Cemetery, Bourne, MA.
