Laura C. Andrews

Laura C. Andrews, a beloved and kind-hearted woman, passed away peacefully on October 10, 2025, at the age of 95 in her residence in Rochester, Massachusetts. She was surrounded by her loving daughter Robin Prezner and her husband Jody Prezner, along with her grandson Aaron Prezner.

Born on November 30, 1929, in New Bedford, Massachusetts, to the late Edward and Yvonne Fortin (Benoit), Laura grew up in New Bedford and attended school there. She was known for being compassionate, gentle, and hard-working. Laura dedicated her career to working as a stitcher for a former varsity sportswear company and as a packer for Frionor Kitchens, both located in New Bedford.

Laura is survived by her daughter Robin (Jody), her daughter Joyce Senna of Wisconsin, and her grandchildren; Aaron Prezner of Rochester, Lloyd Senna of Wisconsin, Brooke Mannino of Wisconsin, and Sherry Delk of Rochester, and many great grandchildren. She was preceded in passing by her loving husband Frank Andrews, her son Russell Lees, and her daughter Nancy Fernandes of Florida. She was also predeceased by her brother Raymond Fortin of New Bedford, and Laurence Fortin of New Bedford and her sisters Claire Perry of Fairhaven, and Irene Mello of New Bedford.
