On Tuesday, February 26, 2019 Bettye Champagne passed away peacefully after a long battle with dementia. Bettye is survived by three loving sons, Phil, Chris, and Rob, a daughter, Sheri, nine grandchildren, and two great grand children. Bettye was formerly a legal secretary at Crowell & Moring in Washington D.C. She was a member of Beta Sigma Phi and will be missed by all of her sisters.
There will be a celebration of her life Saturday, March 9 at 11:00 a.m. at Robert E. Evans Funeral home in Bowie, Maryland.
