Jeffrey Scott Ables passed peacefully at the age of 52 in his home surrounded by loved ones on March 16, 2016. Scott was born on Saturday, August 3, 1963, in the rolling mountains of Braxton County, West Virginia as the eldest son of Retta Ables-Kinner and the late Rondle Ables. At the time of his demise, he was the devoted and loving Husband of Monica Ables of Upper Marlboro, Maryland. He is preceded in death by his loving Sister Nancy Eileen (Ables) Coakley, He also leaves His Son Jeffrey Scott Ables Jr., and Grandson Xavier Larry Ables, Upper Marlboro, Maryland. His brothers, Steven Ables of Upper Marlboro, Maryland and Karl Kozee, III of Leonardtown, Maryland; his sister, Erica Lynn Kozee of Upper Marlboro, Maryland. A Gathering of friends and family will be held Sunday March 20, 2016 at the Robert E. Evans Funeral Home from 2:00PM till time of Memorial Service at 3:00PM.
