THOMAS E. MILBOURNE Of Bowie, MD was called home on March 21, 2010. He was the devoted husband of Valencia and loving father of Jazmin, and beloved brother of Bernie Milbourne and Dorothy Johnston. He is also survived by three nieces and a host of other relatives and friends. Tom was preceded in death by his parents Thomas E. and Ruth Scott Milbourne and brother Gene Milbourne. A viewing will be held on Thursday, March 25 at the ROBERT E. EVANS FUNERAL HOME, Rt. 450 and Racetrack Rd., Bowie, MD from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. A funeral service will be held on March 26 at 10 a.m. at Holy Trinity Episcopal Church, Bowie, MD. Interment to follow at Ivy Hill Cemetery, Laurel, MD. Memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society .
