Lee J. Fischer

Lee J. Fischer, of Clarence Center, NY entered into rest on December 28, 2025 at age 88. Beloved husband of 69 years to Beverly (nee Faulks) Fischer; devoted father of Scott (Ellen) Fischer, Jeffrey Fischer and Wendy (Paul) Bauer; cherished grandfather of Gregory, Kevin, Kristin, Caitlin and Justin; adored great-grandfather of six. Mr. Fischer was a 1955 graduate of Kenmore High School. He served 4 years active duty in the US Air Force. He began his career in insurance working for the Liberty Mutual Insurance Company in 1960. He served as President of Del-Ton Insurance Agency from 1964-1983, Risk Manager for Sarasota County, FL from 1985-1987 and President of Mount Vernon Insurance Co. from 1987-1999. Mr. Fischer also served on the board of the YMCA; the Independent Insurance Agents Association; Director and Chairman of the Board of Sarasota Credit Union; Sheridan Drive Lions Club and the Sun Coast Kiwanis Club, Venice, FL.
