David Wayne Bradshaw

Born in Pittsburgh on May 6, 1960, he was the oldest son of Edwina L. (McGowan) Bradshaw of North Myrtle Beach, SC, and the late Richard C. Bradshaw.

Loved by his wife and family, he was a man with many interests and hobbies (Go Penguins!), and enjoyed taking his kids on “mystery trips.”

David graduated from Knoch High School and Westminster College. He was employed as an IT Specialist for Comcast for over 15 years. He attended Butter Valley Community Church in Barto.

David is survived by his wife and children: Rachel L., wife of Zackery A. Barr of Schuylkill Haven, Emily S., wife of Jason C. Heckler of Barto, and Sarah J. Bradshaw of Bally, as well as a granddaughter, Carissa Barr. David is also survived by his brothers: Glenn, husband of Sue Bradshaw of Birdsboro and Jeffry, husband of Laura Bradshaw of NM.

David will be remembered as a fun-loving son, husband, dad, pop pop, brother, and friend.

Memorial Services will be held at Butter Valley Community Church, 2600 Old Route 100, Barto, PA 19504, on Tuesday, April 19, 2016 at 11:00 AM.

Friends and family may call at church on Tuesday from 10:00 to 11:00 AM.

Contributions may be made in David’s memory to Butter Valley Community Church, designated for youth missions or the fellowship hall fund.
