Elmer D. Smith

Born in Fruitville, PA., he is the last surviving child of Annie (Derr) and Frank F. Smith.

Elmer was employed as a Pattern Maker for Stanley G. Flagg for over 25 years retiring in 1985.

He was a member of St. James Lutheran Church. Limerick, PA.

Elmer served in the US Navy during WWII in the Pacific Theater attaining the rank of Fireman 1St Class.

He is survived by his nephew Robert Smith of Broomall, PA., niece, Carol Smith-Thompson of CA. Cousins, Ruth L. Rhoads of Lancaster, PA. and Walter H, Kochel of Pottstown, PA. and their families. He is predeceased by his siblings, Pearl D. Smith, Robert D. Smith, Russel D. Smith and Lester D. Smith.

Funeral Services will be held at the Linwood W. Ott Funeral Home, Inc. 111 North Reading Ave. Boyertown, PA. 19512. on Thursday, October 22, 2015 at 1:00 PM.

Friends may call at the funeral home on Thursday from 12:00 to 1:00 PM.

Interment will be in Limerick Garden of Memories.
