Jeanne Rose Wolmer

Born in Philadelphia, PA. she was a daughter of the late Myrtle (Berger) and Chester S. Rahn.

She was an Executive Secretary for many years working the longest for the Cabot Corporation. She was a member of Good Shepherd UCC. Jeanne also was an active member singing in the Spring Street Songsters in Boyertown, The Christian Women’s Club, a former member of the Red Hats Society and was an alternate driver for meals on wheels.

She is survived by her daughters, Linda S. wife of Allen W. Steffy Jr. of Boyertown, Beverly J. wife of Roger A. Strunk of Boyertown, her sister Hazel widow of the late Carl May of Columbus, OH., grandchildren, Jennifer C. Ballard, Bradley A. Strunk and Heather R. Hodgdon, Great - Grandchildren, Wyatt D. Hodgdon, Isaac R. Strunk, Wesley B. Hodgdon and Adelaide R. Strunk.

Funeral Services will be held at Good Shepherd UCC. 35 West Philadelphia Ave. Boyertown, PA. 19512. Tuesday March 11, 2014 at 11:00 AM. Friends may call at the church Tuesday from 9:00 to 10:45 A.M. Interment will be in Fairview Cemetery, Boyertown.
