

Lawrence D. Weller, 79, of Boyertown, passed away peacefully surrounded by his loving family on Thursday, May 21, 2026. He was the husband of Mary (Fleming) Weller. A devoted family man, proud veteran, and skilled machinist, Lawrence lived a life marked by hard work, service, and quiet strength. Born December 18, 1946, in Englesville, he was the son of the late Lawrence F., and Mildred (Dotterer) Weller
Born with a strong sense of duty and dedication, Lawrence spent a long and rewarding career working as a machinist, earning the respect of coworkers and friends for his craftsmanship, reliability, and attention to detail.
Lawrence also honorably served his country in the United States Army during the Vietnam War. During his military service, he demonstrated courage and commitment under difficult circumstances and was awarded the Bronze Star for his bravery and meritorious service. His time in the Army remained an important part of his life, and he carried the values of loyalty, resilience, and patriotism with him always.
In addition to his wife, Lawrence is survived by his children; Stacey Laurenne Brensinger, wife of Jacob R. Brensinger, Alicia Christine Bauer, wife of Matther J. Bauer and Justin Nathaniel Weller, husband of Joanna M.(Gottung) Weller. He is also survived by his grandchildren, Samantha Brensinger, Sydney Babb, Devin Bauer, Victoria Weller, Stephanie Bauer, Natalie Weller, Greyson Weller, and Ashley Weller, along with his great grandson, Callum Moyer. Lawrence is also survived by his sisters, Virginia Mutter and Barbara D. Rothenberger.
Lawrence was predeceased by his grandson, Jacob R. Brensinger and his brothers, Ronald D. Weller and Robert D. Weller.
Lawrence loved spending his time with his family while drinking good cup coffee and Tastykake powder donuts and or soft pretzels. He also enjoyed watching and rooting for Philadelphia sports teams, particularly the Phillies.
Friends and Relatives are invited to his memorial service on Sunday, June 7, 2026, from 12:00 until 5:00, at The Boyertown Orioles Nest, 100 N. Washington Street, Boyertown, PA 19512.
