

Born in Philadelphia, he was the son of the late Dorothy (Kelley) and Thomas Winsey.
Larry was in the US Army during the Korean Conflict. He loved the outdoors, enjoyed gardening, had a great sense of humor and was a practical joker. He also appreciated antique cars and was an animal lover.
He worked as a Sub-Contractor for Esso installing and repairing heating and air conditioning units, also he was a mechanic for Ed Reese Towing, Plymouth Meeting.
Surviving with his loving spouse Leona of almost 49 years, are daughters, Dawn, wife of Joseph DiBona of Blue Bell, Denise Tropiano of Erial, NJ, Darlene, wife of Tim Smoyer of Pottstown and Dana, wife of Ahmed Mohamed of King of Prussia; brother, Thomas Winsey, Sr. of Seabring, FL; also five loving grandchildren, Kaitlyn, Ethan, Kyleigh, AJ and Yousef. He was predeceased by a daughter, Debra Howard and by a sister, Edith Angelinni.
Funeral services will be 11 a.m., Thursday, June 21, 2012 at Good Shepherd Mausoleum, 44 Swamp Pike, Limerick. Reverend Robert R. Mitchell, Jr. pastor of Christ Lutheran Church, Oley will officiate.
Relatives and friends will be received between 10-11 a.m. at the Mausoleum.
Burial will be in Limerick Garden of Memories.
