Leonard L. Gilbert, 82, of Boyertown. Widower of Barbara J. (Mathais) Gilbert. Passed away on Sunday August 30, 2020 in the Kutztown Manor.

Born in Boyertown he was the son of the late Emma (Hess) and Russell Gilbert.

Leonard in his younger years worked in the local orchards. Later he worked for Eastern Foundry in production for over 30 years.

He was social member of the Earl Twp. Fire Company and a member of the Boyertown Gun Club.

Leonard is survived by his children, Randall S. Gilbert of Gilbertsville, Diane L. Gilbert of Boyertown, David A. Gilbert of Bechtelsville and Carol Endy of Boyertown. 8 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren also survive him. Leonard is predeceased by his daughter, Debra Gilbert who passed away in 1968.

Graveside services will be Held at the Hill Church Cemetery, Boyertown on Tuesday September 8, 2020 at 11:30 AM.
