Born in Reading he was a son of the late Sarah (Wenrich) and Lewis R. Hertzog.
Paul was the owner and operator of Hertzog Automotive in Mt. Penn for over 50 years.
He was a past president of the Birdsboro Rotary Association.
Paul is survived by his children, David A. husband of Dawn Hertzog of Taylorville, NC. and Lisa A. Hertzog of Reading. Grandson Nathaniel D. husband of Jamie Lynn Hertzog of VA. Sister, Edith Gettis of Reading. Brothers, Luke Hertzog of FL. and Robert Hertzog of PA.
Services will be private at the convenience of the family.
