After a courageous battle with cancer on Thursday, July 2, 2009 at Brampton Civic Hospital in her 73rd year. Beloved wife of Vernon for 45 years. Loving mother of Kim and her husband Glenn Capper. Beloved Gramma of Melanie and Jay-Ann. Dear sister of Muriel, Raymond (Anne), Elise (Keith) and Rose. Predeceased by her brother Leo and sister Joan. Alberta will be fondly remembered by her sisters-in-law and brothers-in-law Sadie, Vi, Calvin and Keith as well as her many nieces and nephews.

Funeral Service in the Andrews Chapel on Tuesday at 10:30 am. Interment to follow at Meadowvale Cemetery.
