Condolences to Lizzie and her dear son. I know them only slightly, from a choir we worked in together. I'm shocked and full of sympathy for them in their loss.

My sincere condolences to the Romero family.  I met Chad in Grade 9 at St. Thomas Aquinas and we quickly became friends.  We would later work together for a time at Shoppers Drug Mart.  Chad was easily one of the nicest, most decent and genuine guys I have ever had the privilege of calling a friend. 

Rest in peace Chad.

Chad is the coolest guy I know. Always calm and patient. He has shared so much with me, his humor, his wisdom, his life lessons and of course, anything techie.  He was a mentor to me ever since I joined workforce team. So I will have to live with the fact that I didn’t get a chance to repay him with endless gratitude for all these years of help and support he has given me. That’s the biggest regret I will have to live with. I can only take in comfort that he has enjoyed life very much. He is always cheerful at work, and enjoys finding problems to solve. When he gave me parenting tips, he always talk about Christian like a good old friend of his. How he enjoyed the smell of Christian’s hair, holding Christian while sitting on his little portable stool. All the little things in life he enjoys and shares, make me feel he has always had joy in his life. So please take in comfort that you had made his life a worthy and joyful one, just like he had made all of us feel.

"Hey Pal" were the first words I would hear from Chad, when we would see each other.  Next we would go get our Tea's from Tim Hortons and chat about how are evening's were.    My heart breaks that I will never get to hear "Hey Pal".  

Not only were you a Great Husband, Father, Brother, Son, but you were a GREAT Friend.  I am a better person for knowing you.  Thank you for having such a great impact on me! I will never forget you, or your laugh.

I had the pleasure to work with Chad for many years at Roger's.  Chad was a 1st class act who always was a team player and did quality work.  Chad will be severly missed by all those people who were lucky enough to get to know him.  My sympathies to the family.

A pinball buddy....a board game pal....a video game comrade....a golfing partner...and like a brother I never had. 

A father who raised the bar...a husband completely devoted....a son who cherished his upbringing...and the gentlest of souls loved by so many.

Chadwin, a true friend and mentor.  I met Chad some ten years ago and we hit it off very well.  Working with Chad was a dream come true when I moved to Workforce.  

He will be truly missed by all who came in contact with Chadwin.  He was my mentor when it came to all things database, VB and any other type of scripting.
He was my friend when it came to sharing life experience and giving advice.  I have always said that the one thing I could always count on Chadwin for is that he will never give you bad advice.  He was a true gentleman and stand up kind of guy.

He was extremely patient, kind and very detailed when assisting or communicating with others.  

My condolences to his wife Lizzi and son Christian - there both was his life and my prayers goes out to the both of you that God will give you both the needed strength to get through this.

We all miss you my friend and mentor.


Chad was an amazing friend with a loving soul. He was a rare intelligence always willing to help others and share his knowledge. 

He helped me lot into getting comfortable within my role and I will always be thankful for that. I am thankful that I've knew such a guy and I will miss him every day.

My deepest condolences to Lizzie, Christian and family.  My heart is broken at Chad's passing. We worked together for most of his career at Rogers and he was an amazing co-worker and friend. As the years passed I began calling him My Chaddy which he thought was hilarious . We laughed and talked everyday. He will be missed by me and the entire Rogers family. My heart is with you all. RIP Chad.

Where do I start, when it comes to Chad! Chad was my best friend here at Rogers for 10 years.  Always looked forward to coming in during the week and seeing him.  We always had a great time whenever in the office, or when we would hang out outside of work.  He would do anything for anyone.  That's just who he was.  

We use to  talk sports, family, everything really.  He always got excited when talking about the costumes he was going to make for Halloween, or the days he would go camping.  I still laugh to myself because he loved camping, but would never sleep in a tent and hated bugs.  

He loved his family more than anything, and I am so sorry for the pain they are feeling.
