Passed away peacefully on March 1, 2014 at the age of 84. Harold will be lovingly remembered by his beloved wife of 59 years Marie; daughters Elizabeth (Lindy), Kathleen (Tony); son Peter (Penny); sister Rita; grandchildren Jason (Jessica), Aimee (Trent), Michael, Matthew, Ashley, James, Jessy; great-grandchildren Michaela, Alexis, Angel, Jayden, Ava, Alaina; nephews Paul (Diane), Kirk (Betty), Andrew (Brigitte), David (Anna); nieces Judy (Neil), Laurian (Steve), Debbie (Mark); and many friends. Harold was predeceased by his grandson Andrew; great-granddaughter Alessia; and his brother Siegmond (1988). Public visitation to occur at Andrews Community Funeral Centre (8190 Dixie Rd. Brampton 905-456-8190) from 2 – 4 and 7 – 9 pm on Wednesday March 5, 2014. Funeral Service to follow at 10:30 am at St. John Fisher Roman Catholic Church (330 Balmoral Dr, Brampton, ON.) on Thursday March 6, 2014. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Harold’s name to the Heart and Stroke Foundation of Ontario, or Canadian Diabetes Association.
