Peacefully passed away on Wednesday, September 23, 2015 in his 91st year. Beloved husband of 64 years to Adele. Devoted Dad to Gord (Pat), Carol, and predeceased by Brian (Barb). Cherished Grampa to Cindy (Myles), Michael (Louise), David (Nicole), Kevin (Holly). Loving Great Grampa to Myla, Kobe, Alisha, and Riley. Jack will be sadly missed by many family and friends. He was a devoted employee to Elliot Matsuura Machinery. In lieu of flowers donations can be made to the Myasthenia Gravis Association or the Diabetes Association.
