It is with broken hearts we announce the peaceful passing of Maria Seniza Mendoza on January 14, 2026, at Credit Valley Hospital in Mississauga, Ontario, with family by her side. Survived by her loving husband, Davis Lacanilao, for almost 14 wonderful years.
Dear sister to: Efren (Rose), Rogelio JR. (Rosalinda), Gerardo, Bartolome (Olive), Maria Zes.
She will be forever loved by all her nieces, nephews, friends and neighbours, here in Canada and in Philippines.
She was born on November 13, 1970, in Las Pinas, Philippines to Rogelio and Regina Mendoza
A Celebration of Life will be held at Andrews Community Funeral Centre on Saturday, January 24, 2026, from 3pm -7pm. Maria Mendoza will be repatriated to Philippines and will be buried at Golden Haven Memorial Park, Las Pinas, Philippines.
