Marion Sherman

It is with great sorrow the family announces the passing of Marion Sherman (Lang) on January 17, 2012 at the age of 81. Suddenly and shortly following the death of her husband Clifford just seven weeks prior, Marion is survived by her children, Gord (Colleen), Wendy (Jack), Lynn (Al), Sandra (Doug); nine grandchildren; eight great grandchildren as well as many close friends and relatives. Born in Toronto, Ontario, Marion dedicated her life caring for those closest to her. Marion adored her family and with great affection and creativity she created many beautiful hand knit sweaters and homemade cakes to commemorate every birthday and special occasion. She cherished the love and support from her brother and sister –in- law, Frank and Linda Lang, especially in the weeks following her husband’s passing. The family is deeply appreciative of the care and concern they have received throughout these difficult few months. Visitation will be held at the Andrews Community Funeral Centre at 8190 Dixie Road, Brampton, Ontario (north of steeles) on Sunday January 22, from 2-4 and 7-9. With a Funeral service on Monday January 23, at 11:00 a.m. In lieu of flowers, a donation to the Wellspring Chinguacousy Foundation is appreciated.
