Mark Moores of Brampton, Ontario went to be with his Lord and Saviour, Jesus Christ on April 12/2026. He passed peacefully at Brampton Civic Hospital surrounded by his family. He will be greatly missed by his loyal, beloved wife, Antje, his children, Grant and Tania (Rob) and his grandchildren, Rachel (Kirk) and Jared (Amina). Born 1941 in Carbonear, Newfoundland, Mark is predeceased by his parents William and Arabella Moores and siblings; Leslie, Jen, Reg, Shirley and Sherry. He is remembered by his brothers Bill and Rod, sisters Viola, Daisy and Karen. A faithful member of Bramalea Baptist Church and servant of His Lord; Mark’s passing to glory, is celebrated by his brothers and sisters in Christ. “For we believe that Jesus died and rose again, and so we believe that God will bring with Jesus those who have fallen asleep”. (1Thessalonians 4:14) As per Mark’s wishes, no services are to be held. A private internment took place on April 17th. Many thanks to all those who are holding the family up in prayer: as Mark was so fond of quoting. “Not by might, nor by power but by my spirit, says the Lord Almighty” (Zec. 4:6). God is faithful!
