My Deepest Sympathy And Condolences To Nicks Family , Sorry For The Late Response I Just Found Out The Other Day From Nick Maida.  My Name Is Sam Toscano  ,Nick And I  Where Very  Close Back In The 1980's We Lived Together For Almost Two Years But The Memories We Shared Will Live Forever Then We Parted Our Separate Ways, God Bless His Soul.

Nick I shall miss you so much, I am so glad that for the past year and a half we became close as we once were as kids. You were larger than life and that I knew but to see how everyone came to show their love and respect for you was amazing.  Your girls were the best that came from you and I shall cherish them forever.  I will never forget you and you will always live on dear brother.

You were a big gruff lion, a dark imposing shadow in your doorway, a presence, the patriarch and Uncle Nick.  I will miss seeing you everyday as I drive by your house.  To know you was an honour and everyday was a life lesson.  Find your peace and know you will never be forgotten.
