More then a year later, and I still can't find the words to express how much I still miss you mom. 
In my heart I know mother you did the best you could with what you had.  With this I move forward as I learn to be a better person.
God will deliver us, this is his promise!

Days have passed, you're not coming home. My sadness is real, so profound! I realize now an empty feeling so strong that I must just stop and breathe, telling myself that it will be ok. You've gone to heaven, some distance away but you've assured and whispered to me in my dreams "I'll see you again, I wait for you my dear children until your time. I am forever your mother."

When I think of my grandmother, I think of nothing but great things. I think of her unbelievably bright personality, and ability to make me uncontrollably laugh at any moment. We were not in each-others life nearly as much as we both would have liked. I wish I could have visited her more, and I wish I could be there now. My heart hurts that I was unable to say goodbye to my sister - but - maybe that was ok.  Because she will always be in my heart and a part of our family.  I am able to remember her as she was when she returned home with her lovely daughters a few years back.  She was so full of life and fun and I know that she passed that on to her family.
