I'm heartbroken to hear about my dear friend Patti.  My life was never the same after we met in grd 9 Sci.  Patti's sense of fun and adventure surrounded me almost every day through highschool.  From spraying Love perfume on the fish we had to dissect in science class to teaching me how to ski at Mt Ching.  Oops she forgot to tell me how to stop.   Good thing it was only Ching.  We enjoyed trips to Blue Mt. (Thanks to Gary having his drivers lic.) To even bigger trips to Killington.  Thanks to Patti, skiing became a big part of my life (and my kids).  
I'll never forget after Patti got her full drivers lic., she showed up at my house driving a T-Bird convertible.  "Heather! Jump in", she says.  Me, im like, "Cool, where did you get that?"  We had a blast, thanks to Patti's aunt, driving with the wind blowing in our hair.
  Life with Patti in it, was never dull.  We got into our fair share of trouble.  We knew we were in dodoo when Joe had to make the visit with my parents.  
On a lighter note... When I babysat my niece, she would bring the party to me.  Thanks to her bubbly, outgoing personality, she would invite complete strangers to hang with our gang of friends.  One of which is now my husband, Paul.  36 years and still going strong.
    I could write a book about all of  our adventures.
Sadly, after high school, life took us in different directions.  I had my 1st son, Jay (named after Patti's cute baby brother JJ).  Patti, being the smart cookie that she was seemed to have a great career and life of her own while I was being a mom.  
My heart goes out to Joe, Gary and Mary Jo.   To Patti's family, the ones I never got to meet, Gord, John Patrick and Melissa if you ever want to reach out to me for fun loving stories about your mom/wife, Im in Caledon.  Easy to find.

Oh my goodness, I've just learned of Patty's passing.  Just yesturday I was looking at photos of our fun times and laughing at the memories. Patty and I worked together at computer horizons. We had lots of fun. She was such an awesome woman. So full of life and love. I've missed you and will continue to miss you. You were a great friend.  See you in heaven Starsky....

Patty was my PROM date at North Park Secondary... Can't believe she is gone... She was the best... She will be missed...

I'm so sorry to hear this, via Ruby.  I worked with Patty at Dixie Paint and Wallpaper in high school and remember her as a fireball of fun and intelligence and huge confidence.  And a lot of entertaining mischief.  Best to everyone who loved and cared for Patty, I feel sad for the loss

So very sorry to hear of Patti's passing. Remember her well from our days at North Park Secondary School. She was a spark and bright light with a wonderful zest for life. My heart is truly saddened by this news.

I could always count on a great hug from Patty every time I saw her. My sincerest condolences to the family.

Patty was a very generous soul.  I will always remember our conversations about the meaning of life and her keen mind.  Patty and Gord helped me through the death of my brother, letting me live with them and having endless conversations.  Patty's greatest love was Johnny, she was always thinking of ways to expand his world.  We laughed so much, I hope she is skating a figure 8 because as she would always sing " if I could skate it would be great, I would skate a figure 8" while running in a figure 8 in the backyard.  A truly unique person, she will be missed.
