With great sadness, the family of Thomas John Amos Barley announces that he passed away peacefully in his sleep on the 22nd of May 2015, in his 93rd year. He was the loving husband of the late Vivian (Delaney), cherished father of Lawrence (Donna), Kathy (John McClafferty) and Louise (Alex Stobo). Grandfather to Patrick (Michelle), Alexandra, Lauren, Amanda, Ashley and Glen. He will be sadly missed by his extended family and friends, especially Roy and Yvonne. Tom was a World War II veteran of the Royal Air Force. He will be greatly missed, along with his many stories of his adventuresome life. Visitation between 5-9 pm on Monday May 25, 2015 at Andrews Community Funeral Centre, 8190 Dixe Road in Brampton (905-456-8190). Service at 1100am, Tuesday May 26th at St Josephs of Nazareth, 290 Balmoral Drive, Brampton. In lieu of flowers, donations in Thomas’ name may be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation of Canada.
