Peacefully passed away on December 30, 2011 at Brampton Civic Hospital. Beloved wife of Helen. Loving father of Richard (Lory) and Andrew. Cherished grandfather of Melissa, Jared, and Nathaniel. Great grandfather of Amelia. Tom will be missed by all his family and friends. Cremation to take place, with a memorial service at a later date.
