GASKINS, Annie “Louise”, 87, of Brandon passed away on Wednesday, February 15, 2017. She was a member of Causeway Baptist Church, and continued working until she was 84 years old. Louise loved taking care of her grandkids and was an excellent cook. Her specialty was Chicken and Dumplings. Louise also loved to play solitaire and most of all, loved her family. She was preceded in death by her husband of 34 years, James Jackson Gaskins and is survived by her children, Deborah Springborn and James Michael Gaskins, her grandchildren, Kristi Springborn, Yvette Springborn, James Michael Gaskins Jr., and Stephanie Gaskins, her great-grandchildren, Andrew Dungan, Amber Gaskins, Steven Gaskins, Fazz Bahour, Salam Bahour, and Willow Mae Louise Gaskins, her caregiver, Brandy Raymond, and many nieces, nephews and friends. A Funeral service will take place on Monday, February 20, 2017 at 1 pm with family to accept friends one hour prior to service at Stowers Funeral Home, Brandon. Burial will follow at Providence Baptist Church Cemetery.
