Billy Ray Blalock, 88, of Tampa, Florida went to be with his Lord on 13 May 2021. He was born on 2 May 1933 to Jessie Hilton Blalock and Miley Griffith Blalock in Spartanburg, South Carolina. He is survived by his wife, Peggy Jo Blalock; daughter, Robin Moody and son-in-law, Stephen Moody; two grandchildren, Emily Vestal and husband, Todd Vestal, Adam Moody and wife, Allison; and four great-grandchildren, Jo Lee Vestal, Charlie Vestal, Jax Vestal and Stevie Moody.
A funeral service will take place at 2pm on Saturday, May 22, 2021 at Hillsboro Memorial Funeral Home; family will receive guests at 1pm.
