WATERS, Bobby Wayne, 73, of Tampa entered into rest May 21, 2015. He was preceded in death by his son, Michael; parents, James and Hester Waters; brother, Billy; sisters, Sarah, Suzanne. Survivors include his wife of 45 years, Kathy; daughter, Cylena; grandchildren, Zachary, Gabrielle, Michael, Mary Grace; sister, Bettye Smith; nieces, Kelly and Christina. A memorial service will be held 2 p.m. Saturday, May 30, 2015 at Gospel Baptist Church, 919 W. Kirby St., Tampa, FL 33604. Arrangements by Stowers Funeral Home.
