Charlie, you were certainly a funny and unique guy.  You helped lots of folks during your time with us and please know we will keep your family in our prayers.

My sincere condolences to Charlie's family and loved ones.  I have known him since he started working at FDLE in Tally many, many years ago (mid 90's I think).  Always enjoyed seeing his smiling face!
