He was born on February 14, 1944 in Miami, Florida to the late Charles and Jane Noegel.
Dale served his country proudly and retired from the United States Air Force.
In his free time dale enjoyed spending time with family and attending church. He was a member of Southside Baptist Church in South Tampa.
Dale is survived by his wife Yoneko Noegel; son, Dale Edward (Mandy) Noegel Jr.; brother, Peter Noegel; grandson, Dale Edward Noegel III; many extended family members and friends.
