She is survived by her son, Macon Forrest, Jr. of Tampa, daughter, Terry Prado of Tampa, and daughter, Melinda Pascua, of Tampa, six grandchildren, and 1 great-grandchild. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, Macon Forrest Swinson, Sr., brother, Worth, sister, Janice, and brother John Dixon.
A memorial service will take place at Hillsborough United Methodist Church in Tampa on January 9th at 1pm. In lieu of flowers, the family is asking for donations to the Alzheimer's Association.
