Survivors include Louise Goff, James Earl Thomas and Willie O. Thomas, Willie James Jr (Brenda), Ronald Brue McNeal, Edward Bryan McNeal, Sr (Shernette), Derrick Byron McNeal (Erika) and a host of family and friends. She was preceded in death by her children, Willie Jeanette McNeal and Eula Joyce Smith and siblings, Desalene Burch and Patty Hargrove.
A Celebration of Eula's Life will be held at 11:00 am, Saturday, August 3, 2019 at Love First Christian Center, 12847 Balm Riverview Rd, Riverview, FL 33579.
