John G. Browder, Sr.

John is survived by his wife, Elisabeth (Liz) Browder, sons John Browder, Jr. and Bradley Browder (Rebekah), Stepson, William McKendree (Usilia), Stepdaughter, Melissa Tofanelli (Chris). Grandchildren Justice McKendree, Arianna McKendree, Tyler Shook, Chloe Browder, Simon Browder, and Grace Tofanelli.

John was born on March 31, 1954, in Montgomery, AL. He graduated from Robert E Lee High School in 1972 and attended the University of Alabama. John married Liz in 2008 in Plant City, FL.

John spent most of his working years in the grocery business as a Food Broker. He took a break from being a Food Broker and opened a Philly Cheese Steak sandwich shop for a couple of years. He established All Surfaces Cleaning and Restoration in 2013, where he worked until he retired in 2020.

John was an avid Alabama football fan and loved to play golf. He also enjoyed ziplining, fishing, segways, snowmobiles, traveling, and riding his Harley Trike with his wife.

A funeral is scheduled for Tuesday, April 29th at Hillsboro Memorial Funeral Home at 2323 W. Brandon Blvd, Brandon, FL 33511. Visitation will be from 1:00 – 2:00, Service will begin at 2:00, and the Cemetery will be at 3:00 (on the property). There will be a reception to follow at Chris & Melissa Tofanelli’s home, 12815 Hammock Park Dr., Riverview, FL 33579. All are welcome to attend and celebrate John’s life.
