Juancho lived a life defined by warmth, humor and kindness that he was quick to share with those around him. He believed his cup was always half full and lived at peace.
He was the beloved father of his two surviving daughters, Katia Saavedra married to Fernando, Dinka Riva married to Gabriel; seven amazing grandchildren, Mia, Diego and Emma Saavedra, Myrka, Alan, Noah, and Ivan Riva; siblings, Domingo, Sergio, Ana Serkovic. He was preceded in death by his father, Fernando Serkovic Vidal; mother, Filka Serkovic; brother, Fernando Danilo Serkovic.
Juancho lived out his days doing what he loved most, bringing his family together at the table daily to break bread, tell stories (or trivia) and share laughs. He loved cooking, soccer and playing chess. He will forever be in our hearts.
A celebration of life for Juan will be held 12 p.m. January 15, 2026, at Stowers Funeral Home, 401 West Brandon Blvd, Brandon, Florida. The family will receive friends one hour before the service at the funeral home.
If I should go before the rest of you
Break not a flower nor inscribe a stone
Nor when I'm gone speak in a Sunday voice
But be the usual selves that I have known
Weep if you must
Parting is Hell
But life goes on
So sing as well.
