Juanita is survived by children, Larry Rials {Donna Kay) Richard Peterson (Brenda), Donna Pope (Jerry), Linda DeVaughn (Ray), Deborah Hall, Billy Peterson (Ray), Theresa Embry (Mike), Brenda Jones (Dale), Steven Rials (Monica) 22 Grandkids, 28 Great Grand Kids & 8 Great-Great Grandkids. She is preceded in death by Husband Richard Peterson, Son James Rials, Daughter Onalee Slaton, and Jackie Feltman (Mike Feltman Survives)

Juanita was born on 2/17/1933 in Samson, AL to William Clark & Mittie Mae Tadlock. Juanita married Richard Peterson on April 15th, 1978. After moving to Dover FL. The couple welcomed 12 blended children into their home and lives. Her children remember her as a kind and loving mother who encouraged them to pursue their goals.

A visitation for Juanita will be held Thursday, August 14, 2025 from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM at Stowers Funeral Home, 401 West Brandon Blvd, Brandon, FL 33511. A funeral service will occur Thursday, August 14, 2025 at 10:30 AM, 401 W Brandon Blvd, Brandon, Florida 33511. A committal service will occur Thursday, August 14, 2025 at 1:00 PM at Florida National Cemetery, 6502 SW 102nd Ave, Bushnell, FL 33513. All are welcome to attend and celebrate Juanita's life.
