Judy E. Romine, 70, of Ruskin, Fla., formerly of Zanesville, Ohio, went to be with the Lord on Friday, Nov. 28, 2014. Born in Zanesville on July 20, 1944, Judy was a retired Hillsborough County bus driver. She was preceded in death by parents Thomas and Mildred Metcalf, brother Daniel Metcalf and brother-in-law Robert Smith. Surviving are sons David Allen Romine Sr. (Kay) and Shawn Michael Romine; daughter Kimberly (Mickey); grandchildren Donna and Shanna Caudill, David Jr., Brandon and Tiffany Romine, and Kristen Akers; sisters Donna West (Walter) and Virginia Smith; brothers Charles and Millard (Marilyn) Metcalf; sister-in-law Nancy Metcalf; several nieces and nephews; loved ones and many friends. The family will have a Celebration of Life, led by Pastor Brady, at the Woodland Estates Clubhouse, 602 Woodland Estates Ave. in Ruskin, on Saturday, Dec. 6, 2014, from 2 to 5 p.m
