She was born October 20, 1949 to William Mark Westmoreland and Katherine J Palermo in Tampa Florida. Kathy is survived by her daughter and her son in law Malinda & Bill Boyette, grandson and granddaughter Matthew and Amanda Boyette, her sister Juanita Radford and cousin Nanette Lorenz and her very dear friend, Gayle Robson. Kathy is also survived by her niece Becky Radford and several great nieces and nephews.

A Celebration of Life for Katherine will be held Friday, September 29, 2023 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at Stowers Funeral Home, 401 West Brandon Blvd, Brandon, FL 33511.
