Kevin Michael Noel, 58, born in Detroit, Michigan, Christmas Even, 1962. Beloved Son of Michael and Delores Noel, survived by his brother Christopher and Cousin Erik Frasco, wife Jennifer and daughter Kaitlyn. Kevin endured a near fatal auto accident and leg amputation in the Spring of his Senior Year but persevered and walked with his class to graduate from Troy High School, Troy, Michigan in 1982, We were so proud of our son.
Kevin moved to Brandon, Florida with Family in the Fall of 1982 for continued therapy and an easier lifestyle. Throughout his lifetime Kevin Endured many debilitating health issues but handled each one and stayed positive. He gravitated toward the socially deprived and celebrated their lives with them. He loved animals and their unwavering love in return. Having grown up in Detroit, He loved all genres of music from the Temptations to Kid Rock. He never lost a song quiz with friends and family and loved Karaoke. Kevin left yesterday behind him and went to be with his mother and the Lord on May 20, 2021.
For some unknown reason, God burdens some of his children with unthinkable hardships, Kevin said, "Its going to him a better seat in Heaven." I firmly believe that.
