Marena Dianne Roberts

ROBERTS, Marena Dianne 74, of Valrico, went to be with the Lord on Tuesday, June 6, 2023 at her home in Valrico. Marena was a devoted and loving mom, grandma, and friend. She served the City of Wildwood for 32 years as Assistant City Clerk and Assistant Finance Officer until her retirement in 2015. Over her years she had many interests. She enjoyed plants, flowers, photography, decorating (with bells, eagles, angels, and photographs of the family she adored), just to name a few. Marena was always enjoying and admiring God’s creation. She was a friend to everyone, always offering a word of encouragement and a kind smile. Marena loved God and her family more than anything. She prayed daily for her family and friends. She will be greatly missed by all of those who knew her.

Marena is survived by her sons, Earl Roberts III (Viki) and Stephen Roberts (Rachelle); her brother, Larry Felker (Teresa); grandchildren Emily, Jonathan, Charles, Kyle and Sara; and many nieces, nephews, cousins and close friends. Marena is predeceased by her parents, Vance Felker and Inez Tanner Felker; her brother, Vance (Woody) Felker, sister, Vaness Felker Alderman and Earl Roberts Jr (father of Earl and Stephen Roberts).

A visitation will take place on Monday, June 19th from 11 am - 12 pm followed by a funeral service at 12 pm at Hillsboro Memorial Funeral Home at 2323 W Brandon Blvd, Brandon, FL.
