BARBEE, Marvin Conrad, 71, of Dover passed away November 13, 2011. Marvin was an area resident for 36 years coming from Paris, Kentucky. He was a U.S. Army veteran of the Korean conflict. Marvin retired as an electrician with MacDill Air Force Base. He is preceded in death by his son, Ronnie Honaker, brother, Kenneth Barbee and great-grandson, Logan. He is survived by his wife of 48 years, Christine; sons, Kent Barbee and Mark Barbee; daughter, Linda Bradford and husband Stan; three grandchildren, Christopher, Bryan (Cassidy) and Kristyn (Tommy); great-granddaughter, Taylor; sisters, Peggy Wagoner and Phyllis Ritchie; and many nieces, nephews and friends. The family will receive friends 6-8 p.m., Thursday, November 17, 2011 with a funeral service at 10:00 a.m., Friday, November 18, 2011 at Stowers Funeral Home. Interment will be in Florida National Cemetery, Bushnell, FL.
