He is survived by his wife of 52 years, Jane Woolheater and his daughters, Amanda Hernandez and Courtney Griggs. His son-in-laws, Brian Hernandez and Jeffrey Griggs. His precious grandchildren, Alexandria, Autumn, and Parker. His sister Robin Shinners(Craig), his brothers Skip Woolheater and Jeff Woolheater(Sandy).
Rick left an everlasting impression on all the people who were lucky to encounter him. He enjoyed playing golf, reading books and enjoyed being with family and friends.
A visitation for Richard will be held Tuesday, January 17, 2023 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at Hillsboro Memorial Funeral Home, 2323 West Brandon Blvd, Brandon, FL 33511, followed by a funeral service from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM.
