On Sunday, July 27 2014, Richard Alan Tomlin passed from this world to the next. He fought a difficult fight against cancer. He was brave, courageous and fiercely independent his entire life, especially in his fight with cancer. Rick led the way, always standing firm in his convictions, never wavering from his loyalty and love for family and friends. He was hard-headed, quick to laugh and even faster to lend a hand to anyone in need. He gave to others constantly without counting a debt. To be part of Rick’s family or a friend meant a lifetime of friendship and loyalty. He loved the outdoors and loved to ride his motorcycle. Rick was strongly protective of his family, especially his parents! He looked out for everyone, helping wherever needed. Rick was a talented artist in many ways, but his favorite art work was realized in his occupation as a tattoo artist. He loved his work and left his mark on countless people. He will be missed greatly. He is survived by his loving parents, Rod and Sharon Elliott, his two sisters, his children, his nieces and nephews, his girlfriend and by countless friends.
