KELLY, Robert Andrew, 85, of Brandon entered into rest September 30, 2017. He was preceded in death by his wife, Loretta Lester Kelly. Survivors include his son, Bill Kelly, Sr.; daughters, Shirley Scott, Theresa Kelly; five grandchildren; four great-grandchildren. A funeral service will be held 3 p.m. Tuesday, October 3, 2017 at Hillsboro Memorial Funeral Home. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.
