PALMER, Rosario “Charry” Garcia, 64, of Valrico, passed away peacefully on Monday, February 2, 2015 surrounded by family. Charry is survived by her husband, Louis Palmer; daughter, Ria (Peter) Hennigar; son, Ryan (Rebecca) Palmer; grandchildren, Felix, Theo, Caleb; siblings, Carmelita Alcantara, Lilia Villa. She was preceded in death by her parents Paulino Garcia and Emeteria de Dios. She loved to cook, garden, sew, and sing in the choir. She was a generous, loving, and gentle soul. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated 12 p.m. Saturday, February 7, 2015 at Nativity Catholic Church in Brandon, Fla. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the mass. In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made to Moffitt Cancer Center.
