Sandra Jean Lockwood (“Sandy”), 78, of Seffner, Florida, passed away on January 2, 2026. Born in 1947 in Sewickley, Pennsylvania, to James and Stella Hubbard, Sandy was a loving daughter, sister, mother, grandmother, aunt, and neighbor whose faith and kindness touched many lives. She dedicated over 25 years to federal service, beginning as a data analyst at Edgewood Arsenal and retiring from the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, and Firearms (ATF) in 2009 as an Investigative Analyst.
Sandy cherished time with her family, managing her Etsy business, and loved cooking, crocheting, and vintage jewelry.
She is survived by her four children, Glen Finnerty, Deanna Simpson, Kelly Lynch, and Michael Finnerty; her brothers, James Hubbard II and Donald Hubbard; and her four beloved grandchildren, Baily, Hayley, Austen, and Kayli.
She is now at peace in God’s loving care.
