Peacefully at St. Joseph’s Lifecare Centre on Thursday September 22, 2011 in her 90th year. Predeceased by her husband Bruce Peterson and her long time companion Henry Wilmott. Loving mother of Wendy, Chris, the late Peter, Alan and Anne. She will be fondly remembered by her grandchildren and great grandchildren. At Barbara’s request, cremation has taken place. A visitation will take place at the “Thorpe Brothers Funeral Home, 96 West Street on Friday September 30th from 1 to 3 pm followed by a Memorial Service in the chapel at 3 pm.
